Refund Policy

The brands goal is to help you find the best garments online so you don't have to step into a store. Because of this, we include size charts and product specifications with each product. PLEASE READ and check to make sure you are choosing the right size.

Some products may be made with a cut that is smaller or baggier than normal. All product styles are not equal.

You will receive a full refund for the following:

Damaged/Misprinted/Defective Products:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items reported within 10 days after the product has been received will be expedited and processed faster. Emails received after15 days after purchase can’t be refunded; unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange for products reported after 15days.

If there's a defect with a product, report with some pictures and description so we can look into it and see what can be done. If it's damaged, we can either reship the product at no cost to you, or refund the money in full.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once again, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, SO PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE CHARTS ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures and details of the problem to Pictures will suffice, no Damaged/Misprinted/Defective goods will need to be returned.

Lost Packages:

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


All products are printed and packaged to order. Please check size guides. If the package is opened, you will not receive a full refund for ordering the wrong size.

You will not receive a full refund because you don't like the way the product looks on you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Music downloads

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
